Real Life Options Longcroft /Falkirk Outreach

Real Life Options is a registered charity. Longcroft is a registered Care Home for Adults with Learning Disabilities and Physical Disabilities. This is a small Care Home with a lovely homely environment where people live their day to day life supported with a staff team who are knowledgeable and always support individuals with dignity and respect. Individuals living in the home are supported to meet their chosen outcomes in life and to live life to the full whilst having their health needs supported by the local District Nursing team and GP.

Falkirk Outreach support elderly and residents with learning difficulties within their own home. They provide a service that gives opportunity for family members to get some respite time. This would entail social company, help with shopping, light domestic work.

The Outreach Service staff are flexible and are adaptable to work with people within their own homes and in the community. They support people to appointments, attend clubs, socialize with friends and family as well as any other domestic tasks they require support with.
